These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of Bedrock Secure Notes (the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

The Service enables a sender to create a one-time, burn-after-reading note and deliver a single-use link to a recipient. Once the recipient views the note, the stored encrypted content is deleted.

2. Acceptable use

• Do not use the Service for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes.
• Do not attempt to bypass security or rate limits.
• Do not transmit malware, spam, or infringing content.

3. Sensitive information

Use discretion when sharing sensitive data. Although notes are encrypted at rest and deleted after viewing, no system is perfectly secure or available at all times. You are responsible for what you send.

4. Availability & changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without liability. We make no uptime guarantees unless stated in a separate agreement.

5. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, or any loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising from or related to your use of the Service.

7. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also subject to our Privacy Policy.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if necessary to protect the Service or others.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by applicable laws of your operating jurisdiction unless otherwise required by mandatory law.
